Both types of butter offer certain benefits. But is there really a difference between the two?

However, different types of butter can offer different things and benefits to individuals wanting to improve their health and quality of life. Similar to grass-fed beef versus regular beef, grass-fed butter is a form of improved food item since it has been shown to possibly boost the health of the people who consume it and improve the taste of every meal.

What’s The Difference?

Butter is mainly a product of a cow’s milk. As such, cows which were provided a diet of natural grass can provide milk that has more soluble vitamins and healthy kinds of fats. These toxins from molds usually accumulate in the milk of grain-fed cows but can still be present in smaller amounts in butter.

Another option that people can take is the consumption of ghee coming from grass-fed cows. Grass-fed ghee is composed of mostly butterfat and as such, will contain or have all the advantages and benefits mentioned earlier without irritating or adversely affecting people with dairy consumption concerns and lactose intolerance. This is due to the fact that ghee does not have any lactose and casein that may be considered as irritants for people with the said condition
